5. Delivery of Goods - All prices exclude delivery charge within Mainland UK. All items will be delivered by carrier and a signature will be required upon delivery. If delivery cannot be made within the usual specified time, an estimated additional time for delivery will be given with acknowledgement of order.
PLEASE NOTE: The address details you enter when you check out will be used to create the delivery label for your package. Therefore it is important that the details are accurate and entered in a format that is acceptable. We cannot accept responsibility for any items that are not delivered because of incorrect address information being supplied.
6. Returns Policy: If for any reason you not entirely happy with your purchase. We will give a full refund of the purchase price of the goods, provided that goods are returned to us in perfect condition in the original packaging within 7 days of you having received them. Delivery charges will not be refunded
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit please contact us within 7 days of the dispatch date to arrange a replacement.
