We provide a complete service and repair facility for all models of Telesteps Ladders and access Equipment.
The service is simple and easy to use. Once you have placed your order we arrange collection of your Telesteps product, return it to our workshop and assess the repair including what replacement parts will be required.
The price covers collection, labour and delivery back to the collection address.
Parts that are required to carry out the repair will be charged in addition to the standard charge. You will be notified by email and asked to accept or decline any additional costs for parts. As an example of cost, the most expensive replacement part would be a rung at £18.75.
Most repairs are carried out within 2-3 working days and your products should be back with you in 7-10 working days.
The cost of returning the item to you is already included in the price.
